Positions
- Dr. Alfredo Hidalgo Miranda earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology and his Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from UNAM. He is currently the head of the Cancer Genomics Laboratory at INMEGEN, where he has also served as Deputy Director of Basic Research and Director of Research.

- Dr. Hidalgo’s research line focuses on the systematic identification of genomic alterations present in human tumors—particularly breast cancer—as well as the implementation of genomic analyses with potential impact on clinical practice through the use of high-throughput genomic technologies.

- He has supervised 18 theses, including 7 for a Ph.D., 6 for a Master's degree, and 5 for a Bachelor's degree.
